  Aroha Tours was absolutely amazing! By far the best experience I have had booking through any travel agency to date. Veronika is excellent to work with while planning your vacation. She's responsive, pays attention to details enabling a perfectly executed itinerary upon arrival. Jurgen, our driver, was knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely a nice person to spend two weeks with on the North and South islands.
  
  One thing that I believe set Aroha Tours above others was their ability to let you relax and let them handle the details. We had some tours cancelled due to weather related issues and Veronika and Jurgen were constantly on the phone rescheduling tours in order to fit activities back into our schedule. Meanwhile, our group is enjoying lunch or dinner, relaxing while they're at work. Truly a stress free and relaxing trip.
  
  I am unable to express enough how much I enjoyed my trip to New Zealand and the fact that we chose Aroha Tours. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to everyone who is looking to travel to New Zealand!
